Required Equipment
Required Equipment Boys Program: All players are required to have a stick, helmet (see rental program below), shoulder pads, armpads, gloves, cleats (soccer shoes are fine)and MOUTHPIECE. Intramural players only need a stick and gloves for the first month of indoor practices. Helmet Rental: Optimist Lacrosse will supply a helmet upon deposit of $100.00. The deposit will returned in full when the helmet is returned. Girls Program: A stick and MOUTHPIECE is the only equipment required |
