SENIORS: AGES 15-16yr olds BIGS: AGES 17-18yr olds
COST: $100
What to Bring:
· Original Birth Certificate for each player (no abstract copies allowed)
· 3 proofs of residency (see handout tab for list of acceptable proofs of residency)
· Medical Insurance Information
