Coach Rob Antcliff will lead the Lady Chiefs during the 2009 season against some of the top programs in Michigan. As the varsity coach of Okemos High School girl’s soccer team since 2000, Antcliff’s teams have achieved great success including 6 League and 6 District championships and the Lansing Area’s only girl’s State Championship in 2006. His 148-40-18 career mark and .762 winning percentage makes him the winningest girls soccer coach in school history. In his 22 years of coaching soccer in the Lansing area, Antcliff has coached at the Eastside, CASL, Premier, Olympic Development and High School levels. Along the way, he has helped dozens of his players play at the collegiate level. His involvement with area soccer goes beyond coaching. Antcliff was a long-time board member of CASL, Tournament Director for the Capital Area Classic, CA United Premier Coordinator, and was the first manager of the Lansing SoccerZone. Over this time he has also conducted numerous camps, clinics and team training sessions- distinguishing himself as an excellent clinician. His enthusiasm, understanding of the game and experience working with beginner, novice and advanced players and coaches make him one of the area’s top teachers of the game.
Please plan to attend and participate in the excitement of Okemos High School Soccer. |
