The Oak Creek Little League 9/10 Year-Old Softball All-Stars captured the
Wisconsin District 6 Championship July 25. Oak Creek posted a 5-1
tournament record and faced elimination twice before taking the title.
 
Oak Creek opened tournament play with a 19-4 win over Greenfield. The
All-Stars then lost 3-0 to Franklin. In a must-win game, Oak Creek defeated South Milwaukee 10-9. The girls then faced and were victorious over Franklin  3-0.

In the first game of the championship, Oak Creek had to post two wins against a tough Lakeland team to claim the title. The team registered a 6-3 victory in game one and then
held on for a 10-5 win in the final game of the tournament.
 
The team was comprised of 13 girls: Julia Ahlborn, Selena Bento, Morgan Blunt, Haili Cota, Madelyn Faller, Cassidy Frelka, Jenna Frey, Danielle Hubatch, Brooklyn Lipinski, Jessica McIntosh, Caitlin Mitchell, Alanna Stark, and Janeen Zelten. The team was coached by Bob Stark and Mark Lipinski, and were managed by Vicki Cota.

Wisconsin District 6 Championship July 21. Oak Creek defeated Franklin All Stars twice to claim the crown.
 
The team was comprised of 12 girls: Lauren Blunt, Alyssa Breier, Alexandra Gehl, Taylor Goelz, Haley Grifith, Madison Hart, Nicole Muccio, Margaret Reader, Savanah Saskowski, Hannah Settingsgard, Katie Settingsgard, and Nicole Widenski.The team was coached by Brian Widenski and was managed by Dan Settingsgard.
