2009 SPRING SEASONS

Registration:

Registration can now be done three ways: 

  1.  In-Person – Saturday February 28th 10AM to 12PM and Tuesday March 3rd  7 to 8:30 PM at the Ossining Community Center    (95 Broadway, Ossining, NY 10562)– bring check, cash, or money order or and a copy of birth certificate if a new player.  
  2.  By Mail – Registration forms can be picked up at Ossining Community Center or can be downloaded from the OYHA website at www.OYHAinfo.org.  under “Documents and Forms”. Send completed forms and a check or money order to:

Fall Season runs from mid-September thru November Spring Season runs mid-March through early June.

Game Days/Times: 

Sunday – Friday evenings between 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Schedule will varydepending upon age group.  Practice schedules are at coaches’ discretion.  

Location: 

Veteran’s Park Roller Hockey Rink, Narragansett Avenue, Ossining 

Eligibility:                 Westchester residents, born between 1992 - 2001 (7-16 yrs.) Children born in – 2002 - 2003 (5-6 yrs.) are eligible to attend weekly Mosquito skills clinics.  Fee: 
Half Year (Spring Season Only)

$75/first child per season ($70 each additional) plus $30 USAHIL insurance per child 

Late Fee

$25 late fee after Match 12, 2009 for fall season 

An additional $30.00 USA Hockey InLine excess insurance fee is required from all participants. This fee must be paid once annually and covers play from Sept 1st 2008 thru August 31st 2009.
