YOUTH CO-ED ROLLER HOCKEY

2011 FALL SEASONS

We will be holding registration for the fall season on

      Wednesday October 12th from 6PM to 8PM

       at the Rink at Veterans Memorial Park Narragansit Ave. Ossining, NY.

Since the season is shorter we will have a reduced fee for the fall of $45.  This will cover the league fee and supplemental insurance with USA Roller Sports.

Registration forms are available as downloads on this web page.  Since OYHA has changed affiliations to UAS Roller Sports all players will need to msupply a copy of their birth certificate at registration.
