OSW Youth Football has adopted the American Youth Football (AYF) Confrence's "All American" format. The All American format is a grade-based, age protected format that has no weight restrictions. Essentially your child will play with his own classmates.
This format recognizes that age differences are far more critical to safety than weight differences.
Our divisions will be 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade. Also, we have Flag Football for 6 to 8 year olds, and a Cheerleading squad (9-14 year olds) to cheer on our teams.
Registration is available to children from Old Saybrook + Westbrook.
