and Saturday 9am - 10:30am

OSYFAL has now adopted the American Youth Football (AYF) Confrence's "All American" format. The All American format is a grade-based, age protected format that has no weight restrictions. Essentially your child will play with his own classmates.
This format recognizes that age differences are far more critical to safety than weight diffrences.
Our divisions will be 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade. Also, we have Flag Football for 6 to 8 year olds, and a Cheerleading squad (9-14 year olds) to cheer on our Rams.
Registration is available to children from Old Saybrook + Westbrook.

All monthly meetings (except the December meeting) are open to the public and are typically the second Wednesday each month...please join us! We're always looking for volunteers!
