Orange Park High School Baseball Raiders: Welcome

The official OPHS Baseball Raider's website !

This site has tracked the Orange Park High School Baseball Raiders Varsity and Junior Varsity Since 2006. 

3rd Year Head Coach Fred Matricardi with assistants Martin Aftuck, Luke Miller, Stevie Cannon and Burt Owens lead on the field.

Administrative support from Athletic Director Clayton Anderson and OPHS Principal Treasure Pickett.

The OPHS Raiders are FHSAA Class 6A District 1 along with Sandalwood Saints, First Coast Buccaneers and Duncan Fletcher Senators.

Raiders will be playing a challenging 26 game schedule against other dynamite High Schools in Northeast Florida, such as Fleming Island Eagles, Middleburg Broncos, Ridgeview Panthers.

March 10 @ 6:30PM vs Fernandina Beach at the Baseball Grounds in Jacksonville

April 3rd @ 1:PM vs Lake Brantley Patriots in Beautiful Altamonte Spings, Fl.

Broncos stage furious comeback and defeat Raiders 7-6

Tuesday, March 16
Raiders 5 - Senators 4

Raiders earn split of season series vs the Fletcher Senators taking a 5-4 victory in 8 innings.

Greg Scott gets the win with 7 sterling innings and Josh Howell picks up the save with a shutdown 8th innings.

Marlon Gibbs had 3 hits and Zack Voiro had 3 hits with a 2 run homer.

Jacob Hagan drove in winning run in the 8th inning with a triple.

Raiders banged out 15 hits.

Jacob Hagan goes 6 inningsand gets the win.

Josh Howell gets save allowing no runs in the 7th.

Jacob and josh also contributed with 2 hits a piece .
