OFFICIAL NAME (Explanation)
This fall some of our Managers in the different age divisions got emails from the Girs Fast Pitch "Ohio Heat, Inc." The president of this group demanded that we not use the name we have had since 1999-2000. He sent cease an desist orders and made an issue out of our name. I thought this was a joke at first, but this guy actually threatened us with a law suit.WOW, you never know what people will do.... To all teams out there. Protect your name. Even though we were baseball and very well known with different looks, agendas, and ideas, this organization "Ohio Heat, Inc." tried to make a big deal out of this. So we had OUR name researched and received the news from the State of Ohio that we are Ohio Heat Baseball, Inc.

WE ALL ARE!!!!!!!
