Organization Regulations

Remember it is the responsibility of all participating organizations to respect local association rules.

When playing in Ajax or Pickering: No one is permitted to enter the ice surface on pads located in the Town of Ajax or the City of Pickering without a CSA approved helmet. This includes coaching staff and trainers. Team Trainers are asked to bring a helmet in case their assistance is needed on the ice. Players are asked to approach the opposing team's bench to shake hands with the coaching staff following the game, and Coaches are asked to shake hands with opposing team coaches off ice, following the game.

When playing in Newmarket: the Town of Newmarket (Magna Centre) has changed the dressing room door lock to a padlock system.  They have asked that teams use their own padlocks, but if visiting teams don't have one they can be borrowed free of charge from the reception desk.

A Reminder - Ensure that you use the website

Please ensure that you are are using the schedule posted on the website as the current and active schedule.  Please do not rely on excel spreadsheets.  There were four versions of the master schedule that were released in the two weeks leading up to the first weekend of games with subtle differences in each version.  The schedule posted on this website is the only version that this league will work under.
