The coaching philosophy of the O.C. LadyCats is to teach the game of fastpitch softball stressing solid fundamentals and an understanding of the mental aspect of the game through hard work, dedication and commitment. We measure our success not by the score of any one game but by the development of our players. While we play to win, we focus on allowing each player an opportunity to grow...teach the basics and then expect the players to play hard and to the best of their ability.
