I think the issue regarding a 12B and 12C division comes down to safety. If you were at the draft you noticed quite a few girls looked as if they had never played before. Put those girls against the ones who have been playing since age 5 or 6 and someone is going to get hurt. I wish you would reconsider the situation for the safety of the girls. Thank you

I see on the updated website you've combined the 12b and 12c teams. I think it is a bad idea because you are watering down the competition for the established 12 year olds who are on the cusp of 14u or high school as is the case of my daughter. Additionally, I am concerned for the younger and new additions to 12 who will be at a disadvantage because of their smaller size, experience, and skill level. This seems like an unnecessary risk for the younger girls. Please reconsider this before you go forward. Thank You

GREAT JOB Cyclones! I am proud of the 8 remaining girls, as well as the coaches, for coming together as a T*E*A*M and taking second place for the Spring 2009 season! Keep Up The Good Work!

Players, Parents and Spectators - Give It Up for the NWGS Coaches and Staff! The support and dedication is spectacular! Thank you for being a part of our community and bringing the next level of Girls Softball to our lives! Together we accomplished so many goals for our girls and this league! Keep up the good work!! And..... think about this while we prepare for next season - "The Brillance of a Starfish has nothing to do with the Moon." (But it has everything to do with you and how you choose to perceive it's fragile life)

I hope all the first games went well. We know we can't all win, but you'll get 'em next time. I'm still hoping to get out there to watch some games this year. So just play ball and have fun.

Just thinking about all you coaches and players, and missing you all. Who knows maybe I'll make it out to see some games this year. Just keep playing and loving the game!
