Concession Rules for Volunteers
| Concession should run effectively with 4-5 volunteers Max |
| Game Balls are not distributed w/o a volunteer 14 years or older |
| No Eating At The Window!! |
| Cashier: Greets customer, takes order, gives change |
| Cashier: Repeats order so left/right runners hear what is needed |
| Cashier: Calls orders back to grill if its not in the box/can |
| Left Runner: All Drinks - soda/water/gatorade/coffee/cocoa |
| Left Runner: Candy Cart - Chips -Roasted Peanuts |
| Right Runner: Nachos/Cheese - Boiled Peanuts -Chips |
| Right Runner: Condiment Counter - Kept Clean |
| Fill: Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Relish. BBQ, Marinara, |
| Back Line: 1-2 sharing duties if needed |
| Fryer/Grill - Keep box/can stocked accordingly |
| Closing: |
| Unplug Cheese Machine |
| Turn off Grill -- Temp to ZERO.. Red Light off |
| Turn off Grill Lights and Fan - on wall to right |
| Turn off Fryer |
| Unplug Heat Lamp |
| Shut off Warmer (box/can) Temp off and switch |
