Don't wish to register on-line, but want to fill out paperwork ahead of time?? Print out all of these forms, and bring the completed forms to registration with you! Don't forget...to bring with you: birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency (driver's license, voter's id, auto registration, utility bill)! Also, remember that Little League does not allow us to accept more than 1 utility bill as proof of residency. Be sure to complete all 6 forms!
The Volunteer Packet must be filled out and submitted at time of Registration. Don't forget about the $25.00 fee for Hillsborough County's background check!
