This section contains documents for download (or Filling and Printing) to enable NLL membership, and documents which outline the Little League structure and local Board responsibilities.
You MUST present (4) things to be a Class "A" NLL member: (1) Completed Volunteer Form, (2) Completed NLL Membership Form, (3) Copy of Photo DL, (4) $10 Check payable to NLL.
The NLL Membership Form is presented in a fillable PDF format. Don't forget to SIGN the form after printing!
The NLL Volunteer Background Check Form is a revised form for use by NLL. This form MUST be filled out in its entirety AND signed.
(You may have to check the "Highlight Fields" block on the upper right of any PDF to activate the filling feature.)
Membership dues for the current year are $10.
