| Ladies, I just want to say I am so proud of the way this team is coming together. I like the closeness of the friendships and bonds that have developed on this team. We have come along way since January, and have turned into a team that other teams talk about and dont want to play, and that is a compliment to you 12 girls. I also want to thank the parents for all their hard work in fund raising, getting the kids to practices, etc. My hats off to all of you. I also want to thank all the players, and parents for their patients. Its been a long road, and a learning curve for us coaches. I find myself talking to other coaches, umpires, surfing the net, to better myself as a coach so I can teach these ladies to play at the top level. Tonight I will implement some new strageies to make us a more aggressive club, and an even more of a deadly team. Work hard, break a sweat, because we have something special here. Thanks Coach Erc |
