Chisholm Trail Middle School16’s, 17’s, & 18’s Tryout Date
Sunday, November 15th: 2:00-4:00PM
**Any 13's, 14's, or 15's who were unable to attend tryouts
may attend our 16’s and up tryout! We are still looking to fill
more spots on these teams!
**Please arrive 30 minutes before start time to check in
and register for the tryout.

What to Bring to Tryouts:

Medical Release Form: You can find this form on the North Texas Region Website (www.ntrvolleyball.org). Click on Juniors and Forms. All Elite players must fill out the “Release with Notary.”

Proof of Registration: You must register online with North Texas Region BEFORE your tryout date!! You must also bring proof (receipt) of your membership to tryouts ($45 membership fee). If you plan on trying out for other clubs, make sure that you print several copies!! If you do not bring proof, you will not be able to participate in the tryout.
