Welcome to North Royalton Bears Hockey
The North Royalton Bears (NRB) ice hockey team is a club team that offers hockey players grades 9-12 the opportunity to play hockey at the high school level competing against OHSAA Varsity teams and other Varsity level club teams. The NRB compete in the North Coast High School Hockey League (NCHSHL) which is comprised of nine club teams from Northeast Ohio. Our home arena is Hoover Arena (Iceland USA) located in Strongsville, Ohio. Players compete in 35-40 games per year between league games, exhibition and tournaments, and practice approximately four to six hours per week which includes both on ice sessions and off ice strength and conditioning training with a certified CrossFit Instructor.
