2013 10U NB Memorial Tourney Rules
PITCHING
- 6 INNINGS Total for Round Robin (pitch count DOES NOT apply)
- No Pitcher/Catcher Rule
championship Game
- Innings Reset
- Pitcher cannot pitch more than 3 innings
PLAYERS
- Player must play in one round robin game to be eligible to play in championship game
- Rosters are unlimited
- there is NO required playing time for each game. You manage the players as you wish.
BATTING ORDER
- Only 9 players can bat (no EH)
COURTESY RUNNER
- Courtesy Runner is Allowed for the Catcher with less than 2 outs
FREE SUBSTITUTION ON THE FIELD
EXTRA INNINGS
- 1 (one) extra inning only in Round Robin Games
- Championship Game there is no limit
