Welcome to the home of Niskayuna Youth Football & Cheerleading
In 2011 we are offering 3 program options:

The inaugural season of the Niskayuna Youth co-ed Flag Football leauge:
Eligibility: All Students: Grades K-2; 3-4; 5-6
Starting Date: September 14, 2011 at Niskayuna Town fields (behind the pool)
Games: Saturdays in September and October; K-2 @ 8:30am and 3-6 @ 9:45 am. Practices Wednesday nights 5:30-7:00 pm
Commitment: 1 Practice per Week/ 1 Game per Week
League Make Up: This is an in-house league for Niskayuna School District residents only. Teams will be coached by parents (we need parent volunteers) and Niskayuna High School Football Athletes.
Registration: Sign up exclusively through the Town of Niskayuna Recreation Department Signup program. Registration will be held between May 2 and June 18. All registrations must be in by June 18 so that jerseys may be ordered.

2. A Pop Warner Junior Pee Wee Tackle program:
This program will feature competitive, full contact football for participants ages 8 through 10, 60 lbs to 105 lbs and 11 year olds 85 lbs or less. Practice begins in early August with the first of eight games starting Labor Day weekend. Some local travel is required. The registration fee is $150.00 which includes all necessary equipment and officials fees for home games.

3. A Pop Warner Cheerleading program
Will be the PeeWee Level for ages 9-12. The registration fee is $150.00 which includes sneakers, competition bows, and future registration fees for competitions. For information about the Pop Warner Cheer program or to volunteer please send an email to niskycheer@yahoo.com.
