Delta Sonic Car Wash

FUNDRAISING? My name is Mary La Fleur. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new Chicago Corporate Sales Manager for Delta Sonic Car Wash. I would love the opportunity to discuss your next fundraiser. Delta Sonic’s fundraising program is designed to help your organization raise money quickly and easily, while giving community members a service they can use. It only takes 30 days to have a successful fundraiser with the Delta Sonic program.

With the Delta Sonic program, your members can earn from $4.00 - $5.00 for every car wash ticket they sell! For example, if you have 50 members and they each sell 10 Super Kiss Washes they would earn $4.00 per ticket – your total amount raised for your club is $2000.00! If they sold 10 Super Kiss Supreme tickets with a profit of $5.00 per ticket your total would be $2500.00! Our experience has been that 10 tickets are extremely easy to sell. Most kids can sell at least 20, in which case the above numbers are doubled.
Because there is no up-front cost to you, there is little risk with our program. Delta Sonic will supply your organization with car wash tickets. Simply return unsold items at the end of the 30 days and just pay for what you sold.

As an extra incentive Delta Sonic offers prizes for exceptional sales based on a point system. “Super Kiss Supreme” tickets are worth two points, and all other tickets are worth one point. Individuals who earn 50 points will receive a Delta Sonic Hooded Sweatshirt. Individuals or organizations that earn 1000 points win a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida! The 6-day, 5-night trip includes two round-trip airfare tickets, hotel accommodations and two 1-day passes to Universal Studios. Many organizations raffle this trip to earn even more money, while others award the trip to their top fundraiser. The choice is yours! In the past year and a half, we have given away 40 trips!

I invite you visit our website: www.deltasoniccarwash.com. Please feel free to call me with any questions at (630) 675-6499. If you would like to set up a meeting, I will gladly stop in to meet with you at your convenience. I look forward to working with you and assisting you with your next fundraiser!

Hello all,

Thank you for your patience. I will start off by telling you all that I am (selfishly) interested in starting a team in Arlington Heights because that is where I live. However, I have little experience as a player and can not begin to think of coaching. In all honesty, I wanted to start a team nearer my home and had the thought of playing for the Knights in the CFL if this didnt work since the other teams in the area either travel ALOT or are WAY to serious about it. However, as alot of you know, the Knights and Chargers have folded up for 2005. This got me to thinking, where are those coaches and players going to coach and play in 2005? Why not seriously get this going!!! I did also notice there is another "Stallions" team so I am thinking of changing the name to "Steeds"...by defination: "steed:n. A horse, especially a spirited one."...this will keep our main theme of a horse intact since we are so close to the racetrack. However, I think we can still pull this off and perhaps as an independent team or a last minute entry in the Ultimate League with the idea that we may reform the CFL or start a new league with the Punishers, HItmen, Dolphins and Bruisers? So, with all that said, who is up for the challenge of banding together and giving this a go? I can do alot of the behind the scenes stuff and just need to find willing coaches (min. 2 off and def. I'm thinking).. other then that....I'd like this to TRULY be a players team....where ALL of us have a say and vote in things.....any takers?

Hey guys! I just heard from Nick last night. He said to say hi to everyone and that all is well, but a little hectic. He hopes to be coming home in a few months. Keep your fingers crossed.
