Introducing "Boot Camp Blitz"

Boot Camp Blitz is 4 sessions per week for 3 weeks for a total of 12 sessions. 

We will meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Boot Camp Blitz begins June 22nd thru July 10th.
Each boot camp begins promptly at 6:00 a.m.

At Legion Park. We will meet on the running path by the water park.

This is not a group exercise class. This is not a personal training session. This is me kicking your (and a bunch of other's) butt.   

In boot camp we run, jump, crawl, climb, push, pull, twist, skip, lunge, squat, roll, and sweat.
If you want to get results (such as burn fat and get stronger) boot camp is where you'll find them.
If you want to sit on a machine and do bicep curls, stay at the gym.
