Shake the Helmet Day Fundraiser

Saturday June 2nd

Dear Managers, Team Moms & Parents:

We will have our Shake the Helmet Day fundraiser for this Saturday, June 2nd. This is one of our most important events as it raises money for the league and we are planning on using this year's donations to help re-sod the infield at Connelly Field for our players to enjoy for years to come.

There will be 2-hour shifts: 10am-12pm and 12pm-2pm (and 1-3pm) for teams that are playing earlier that morning. If the weather does not cooperate, we will send out a phone blast and reschedule this.

We are asking that each manager participate along with 3 other adult volunteers minimum from each team— this can be coaches, team moms, other parents. We hope that managers and team moms can coordinate the volunteers who show up that day.

Please note that players can participate in front of businesses, but not at the intersections, and assignments for locations will be done upon arrival. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your time slot at the Connelly Field snack stand for location assignments. Please bring batting helmets from your team to collect money. Thank you in advance for your help.

The time slots are as follows for each team:

10am-12pm:

Team #'s 21, 22, 23, 24 (Clinic League)
Team 43, 45,  32, 33 (T-Ball & Farm)

12pm-2pm:
Team #'s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (Major League)
Team #'s 14, 15 (Minor League)

1pm -3pm (after game is over)
