New ASA rules for 2010:
16U and 18U to pitch from 43 feet
16U and 18U allowed to wear metal cleats
No college players on 18U Gold teams
No college players on any "B" team
College players currently allowed to play on 18U A teams
However, there is a possibility that will change for 18U A (voting results not in yet)
Rumors are that D1 college players will not be allowed to play 18U A
