Who We Are:  The Tigersharks Swim Team is made up of Student-Athletes from City Hill and Hillside Middle Schools. 

Our Athletes: Have pride in their program, Cheer on their teammates and participate in team cheers, Make positive comments at practices and meets, Respect their teammates, Make a commitment to the team, Become leaders both in and out of the pool, Give 100%, Get ready for competition both physically and mentally, Show good sportsmanship at all times, Congratulate the competition on a good race; even if they beat you, Learn from a bad race or practice and apply the new knowledge to their next race or practice, Are on time for all practices and meets unless communicated to the coaches, Find a way to get over, under or through that wall of fatigue, Get out of and stay out of their comfort zone for long periods of time, See the correlation between practice and success at meets, Take responsibility for his/her swimming (practice, meet, season, career), Are ready to train hard and smart on good days and bad, Respect all coaches and staff and the coaches/staff of other teams, Communicates with the coaching staff, Make his/her swimming career FUN because then the maximum potential can be reached.
