He led the club with 2 home runs and 25 RBIs and his .520 slugging percentage was 2nd best. Although he had outstanding offensive numbers, Brian truly shined on the mound. As the most dominant pitcher in the QMBL, he went 12-1 with a 1.91 ERA, both tops in the league. He also struck out a league-high and franchise record 132 batters in 99 innings of work. In 12 starts, he had 7 complete games and walked just 28. He topped of his dominance by tossing a no-hitter against the Queens White Sox. At the end of the season he filled the trophy case, being crowned the QMBL Cy Young winner, Team Cy Young winner and Team MVP.

Despite being just 18, Brian showed tremendous maturity on the hill, quickly emerging as the team's number two. He went 4-1 on the season with a 3.46 ERA. He saved his best for the big stage, tossing nine innings of one-hit baseball in the QMBL playoffs.
