AWARDS: 2007 MABL All-Star
2007: In his first season with the Yankees, Kevin quickly became a key contributor. Although he missed the first two months of the season while he was away playing in college, Kevin put up impressive offensive numbers. He finished 4th on the club with a .366 average, having 34 hits and 33 runs scored in just 31 games played. He was the only Yankee to average more than a run scored per game. He proved to be a table-setter throughout the year, finishing with a .500 OBP, 2nd on the team. He drew 16 walks and had 10 hit by pitchs, also 2nd on the team. His efforts were rewarded by being named to the 2007 MABL All-Star game.
PERSONAL: Kevin is currently a redshirt sophomore for the St. Thomas Aquinas College baseball team, along with fellow Yank Brian LaMarr. While in high school, he participated in 3 World Series as a member of the Long Island Tigers. Played at St. John the Baptist, under former major leaguer John Habyan.
