AWARD: 2007 QMBL All-Star

 

2007: Bryan had a breakout season, playing in 44 games. Boehler hit .367, 3rd on the team in 139 at-abats, which was second most in the team's history. Bryan finished the season in the top three on the team in several categories, including RBIs (33), hits (51), doubles (8), and stolen bases (16). Once again Boehler proved to be clutch, hitting .417 during the playoffs. His 51 hits and 16 stolens bases both rank 3rd all-time for a single season and his 33 RBIs rank 5th. For his career, Bryan ranks high amont the clubs career leaders in several categories, including games played (81-4th), batting average (.340-5th), hits (85-3rd), runs (60-3rd), RBIs (47-5th) and stolen bases (26-2nd).

2006: In his first season, Bryan was an immediate impact player. Playing both catcher and outfield, Boehler provided steady defense at two difficult positions. He hit .306 in a team leading 37 games. His 111 at-bats were 2nd most on the club. He scored a team-record 32 runs. His only homerun of the year was a grand slam in the QMBL Championship.

PERSONAL: Bryan played collegiately at Univ. of Massachusetts, where was a two-year captain. He hit .436 with 16 RBIs during his junior campaign. He was a two-time all-conference player at Roslyn HS, where he also played two years of varsty basketball.
