Tournament Teams Philosophy
It is our philosophy to put together the best talented teams (Gold) in our tournament program as possible. This will allow the organization to strive towards the goal of putting together elite teams that can compete in the local, regional, and national tournaments. We group the teams in two year increments at the age levels of 8U, 10U, 12U 14U, 16U, and 18U. As the number of players that are developed at the tournament caliber increases and as we attract tournament caliber players to join our organization, additional tournament teams will be formed at all age groups.

All Board Meetings are every 3rd Monday of the month at Ryan Hill Realty located at 15 W. Jefferson Ave #202, in downtown Naperville at 7:00 PM, except when scheduling conflicts occur. Please click on the CALENDAR for exact Board Meeting Dates.
If you are interested in any aspect of the Diamond's organization, please attend a board meeting. Coaches and parents who have specific concerns will be heard, in most instances, before other board matters. Please also consider becoming active in our organization. Your help will be greatly appreciated! |
