Welcome! The NY Outkast teams are warming up for Fall and Winter competitions!
---------------------------------The mission of the NY OutKast organization is to provide opportunities to our athletes who have a burning desire to play highly competitive softball.
Our organization will work to promote our female athletes who have a goal to either reach that next advanced level, or enter the collegiate softball arena as a means of obtaining a college education by insuring our players are physically trained and mentally conditioned to succeed.
We will teach young athletes the value of success through the dedication, spirit and performance of a successful organization.
We will strive to:
- Build quality, dedicated, highly competitive, aggressive and committed teams that will play hard and also have fun.
- Teach players that you exhibit the effectiveness of teamwork through good attitude, effort, and hustle.
- Provide a unique, positive atmosphere for advanced student athletes to develop their skills while building confidence, self-esteem, and mental toughness.
- Stress the importance of academic achievement as it relates to success in future endeavors in life.
- Promote player all around well-being by providing them an arena to experience leadership, teamwork and unity, discipline, commitment, competitiveness,and a desire to be their best both on and off the field.
