1. Umpires will be assigned by Fred Cantor
2. If for any reason a game is cancelled the host team must call 1-888-289-4428 to cancel the umpires at least one hour before game time.
3. Each team is responsible for paying for the umpires and game balls.
4. If a game is cancelled it shall be played the next day depending upon field availability.
5. The tournament Director is responsible for appointing one person to keep track of all the pitch counts for both teams. It is advised that the person responsible for the pitch count consult with both managers at the end of each half inning.
