NWLL is chartered through Little League Baseball. The organization sets overall rules and operational policies for Little Leagues around the world. It also directs all tournaments.

A non-profit organization dedicated to the development of athletic fields for all youth and adults in the Greater Seattle area. NWLL is a member of Friends of Athletic Fields.
