UMPIRE CLINICS
District 5 Little League is once again offering umpire clinics to players Baseball Age 11 Years And Older, who are interested in becoming umpires: or continuing from previous years.
This applies to players from Minors AAA level and up.
The D5 umpire clinics will be held at Sentinel High School in West Vancouver.
Saturday, March 28th - Juniors and above players (baseball age 13 years and older)
Sunday, March 29th - Majors and Minors AAA players (baseball age 11 years and older)
Clinic times are 10:00 am to 3:00 pm both days. (Please meet in the gym).
The fee for the clinic is $25 for new umpires attending, this will also include the umpire uniform. Parents and coaches are more than welcome and there is no charge for them.
All players and parents are required to confirm attendance to Irene Gatto, NVCBA Umpire in Chief.
Registrants should bring pen and paper as well as a lunch. Also, please wear footwear suitable for gymnasium floors.

Every year we need new umpires for all divisions, especially umps aged 13 and up. Plate umps earn a minimum of $15 per game (Minors) and as much as $40 per game (Jr/Sr/Bigs).
