Help Keep Our Facilities in Good Condition
This is very important information that we would like everyone to read!
Every summer, we see evidence of destructive behavior - broken dugout benches, broken picnic tables and vandalism in the restrooms.
We feel that our facilities at Ramsay Field are the finest in Western New York. They are maintained by people in this league, many of whom are current players. These people cut the grass, keep the fields in shape, collect the garbage and clean the restrooms in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for us all. Please keep this in mind when visiting us.
The construction of our restrooms was completed through the hard work of many people, mostly volunteers. This building has been in use for a few years and we've seen problems caused by the mischief of a few. Please escort your children and keep an eye on them. The restroom is not a play area. It is provided for the comfort of all who use Ramsay Field.
We expect every manager, coach, player, parent, family member and friend to respect the hard work of our many workers and what is provided at Ramsay Field. Repairing damage caused by destructive behavior could result in higher registration fees. We will take action if anyone is found destroying our property. It only takes a few people to ruin it for everyone else.
Also, please remember to clean up the dugouts after games. All trash (food and candy wrappers and especially drink bottles) should be placed in the nearest receptable for proper disposal.
Thank you for helping us to make Ramsay Field as great as it is!
