2012 Registration Dates, Times & Locations

Saturday, February 4th – 9AM – 12PM at the Wheeler Gymatorium

Thursday, February 9th 6:30 – 7:30PM at N.S. Elementary School Library

Saturday, March 3rd – 9AM – 12PM at the Wheeler Gymatorium

Thursday, March 8th 6:30 – 7:30PM at N.S. Elementary School Library

     

Little League Player Evaluations

Friday March 16th & Saturday, March 17th   N.S. Gymatorium

Friday, March 16th         

6:00 PM  All returning major league players          

Saturday, March 17th  

  9:00 AM  10-12 year olds (that have not played in Majors)

10:00 AM  9 year old players

11:00 AM  8 year old players*

12:00 PM   7 year old players*

  1:00 PM   6 year old players

  1:30 PM  *7&8 year old girls interested in playing softball

(Note: 6 year olds must have played one year of T-Ball in order to be eligible for the Minor B division.)

EVALUATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THOSE PLAYING T-BALL

League meets once a month on the 2nd Thursday at 7:30PM at the Elementary School Library

NSLL Mission

The North Stonington Little League will provide an opportunity for children and youth from ages 5 through 16 in our community:

- To have access to healthy out-of-school recreational activities under good leadership that effectively teach the game of baseball and softball skills in the atmosphere of wholesome community participation.

- To gain a positive self-image and develop social skills while increasing their physical fitness.

- To celebrate individual, team and league accomplishments.

- To participate in activities which instill the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, leadership, character, courage, loyalty and respect for others.

- To be inspired with a goal and their lives enriched with a set of values to guide them into adulthood.
