Canes manager here...coming from me...I don't give a rats about the rankings...I'm not sure who it is that has our back on here and wants to see us in the rankings, but its probably not someone from the Canes posting those messages! I think probably 95% of the guys on our team have never even heard of this website so I know they arent too concerned about posting commments! We play hard, we play the game the right way and we have one goal...winning the MABL! I know that my team could compete with some of the best in the state, but we're made to play one or two games a week...so I don't know if we'll ever be able to see how we size up!
Maybe I can get the Canes in a tourney or something so we can test ourselves against some of the best teams in the state, but its been tough enough to get guys to show up for one game on a Sunday, let alone a 3 game series over a weekend!
Good luck to all of you throughout the season! Got two against the Stallions this weekend...should be a good measuring stick for us!

| The Kokomo Prospects are a college age team that plays in the Midwest Prospects League. There are no Hurricanes in Indiana! As for the Hurricanes who play in the IABL great win against the Stallions. Email us your record and we'll get you noticed in the final Indiana Top 30 Poll at the end of the year. This poll is mainly for the Semi-Pro teams that play in the NABF and AABC. The Stallions get some recognition based on thier accomplishments and history. As for your opinion on our rankings, "IT DOESN'T MATTER! |

Turp, thanks for the good words on the site. sorry i didn't make it to kokomo, damon said there was some good ball played that weekend. good luck in the post season, it's getting close. i talk to cary and the boys all the time, but if i happen to miss it, let me know if you guys are coming up to play the stallions, i would love to come watch. isn't it funny, how people get on here and talk smack to you and cary and won't identify themselves, or like you say, "do their talking on the field". one thing CD and the boys taught me when i was on the giants, people are always jealous of those on top.
for those who keep posting random messages, as a guy on neither team, i will say something. stop trashing the stallions and the outlaws. they are the cream of the crop for the kind of baseball we are all playing here in indy. until you lineup between the lines and earn all of our respect, your words are not heard!!!!
