I am looking for any information on the Albany Ridgefield's baseball team. My great grandfather Louis Paley played for the team. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Was pleased to find this site, after having played in Springfield, Ohio.. 60's, early 70's for SPFLD. GIANTS, & RECO-PABST, the Dayton AA Entry in NABF, and ABC.. Old teammates, Hugh Carper, Bobby Ashbaugh,Steve Carper, Mike Armstrong. Coach's Bill Moate, Ron Deem, Don Scott, have passed Home Plate. Municipal Stadium, was our home Ball Spfld. Missed many of the Gang: Louie Bowman, Mike Shearer, Steve, Stewart,Charlie Green, Dickie Moss, Dave Waugh & Richard Waugh, Larry Pumell, Joe Juergens, many more to mention. Playing all over Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky/W Va... was LIVING    the DREAM... of every little kid.. who ever laced on a pair of Spikes!

Turp and the Laws,
Congrats on 18+ years of great baseball.

And Tim, appreciate all the work you've done to bring the Baseball Community together out there in web-world. It has made for a higher level of play in Semi Pro Baseball across the country.
Good luck to you in retirement!!!

Tennessee Baseball Federation

If you think that your Tennessee team has what it takes to be the #1 team in the state then sign up now for the Tennessee State Qualifier hosted by the TBF. The winner not anly can crown themselves as the top team in Tennessee but also gets a bid to the NSPBA World Series. The tournament will be wood bat only unless coaches vote otherwise. T

Thank You & Good luck in 2007,
John Sharpe, TBF Commissioner
