The recreational Girls Youth Fastpictch Association promotes participation of individual growth, teamwork and stresses the importance of good sportsmanship. The recreatinal program goals include;
- A fun environment for learning the game, developing skills and results in a positive experience for each child
- Promote the principles of teamwork and importance of good sportsmanship
The competitive fastpitch program strives to promote the highest level of competitive fastpitch play, while attracting highly skilled players who have the desire, determination, dedication and discipline necessary to improve their skills. The competitive program goals include;
- An environment for learning the game, developing skills and results in a positive experience for each child
- To provide the most competitive opportunities and field the best possible teams within an enjoyable environment
- Field the best players for teams at a competitive level
- Promote the principles of teamwork and importance of good sportsmanship
