If you are volunteering your time as a NRMF board member, head coach, assistant coach or team mom, below is the Volunteer Form you must complete. In addition, Cheer and Football coaches must complete the Coaching application.

NOTE: Please submit all Coaching Applications during registration. If you prefer to send via email, please scan the signed form and email to nrmidgetfootballandcheer@yahoo.com. If you prefer to send via regular mail, please send to NRMF, P.O. Box 331, Garnerville, NY 10923. All Applications must be received no later than April 1st.
