Friday, January 5 President's Corner As a reminder to our parents and guests, smoking (and consumption of alcoholic beverages), is strictly prohibited in our ballpark, both by LMK rules, and by city ordinance. It is also a violation of our contract with the city. In order for us not to jeopardize our relations with the city, please help us enforce these rules, by asking any violators to smoke in the parking areas only. Your assistance is appreciated. Finally, if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please pass them on to me or any board member. We are here for the good of the girls and the league, and want to do everything we can to make this, and every year, a fun, enjoyable and safe event. Remember, we are a volunteer league; any help you can give, however big or small is appreciated. Please remember the LMK Pledge, and let it guide us in our daily life: "We give you thanks Almighty God, for the land in which we live. We will obey our laws, and honor our flag. We will respect our teammates, play fair and follow the rules of the game." |
