Riptide Fastpitch Softball Club is a dynamic and exciting girl's fastpitch Amateur Softball Association Junior Olympic organization with players from Southern California.    Through the ASA Junior Olympic Program, the girls learn about commitment, dedication, teamwork and sportsmanship while developing skills to prepare them for high school and college competition.

Friday, April 27

We will be playing games on May 27 in preparation for the National Qualifier the following weekend. Schedule to follow.

 

Recruiting Update: I’m very pleased to announce that Lindsey will be attending Kenyon College in Ohio. Coach O’Neil is very happy to get Lindsey and sees her doing great things at Kenyon. Congrats to Lindsey and her extremely supportive family!!!

 

We will be attending the Disney Citrus Classic June 1-3 in Fullerton. There might not be games on Friday June 1 but if there are I’m told they will be night games. This is a National Qualifier so it’s very important that you’re all there. Our Summer gets much easier and less costly the earlier we qualify.

 

Our practice schedule will be May 6, May 20, May 26 and 27.  We might have games on the 27th. The Disney tournament is the next weekend. DO NOT MISS PRACTICE!!

	2011 Holiday Magic Charity Challenge Champs

 

  

Congrats on winning the Holiday Magic Charity Challenge Tournament this weekend. You did it in convincing fashion going undefeated and outscoring the opposition 52-11. The tournament will send $200 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation which I matched so CF will be getting $400 because of YOU. Every little bit helps in this fight against a disease that literally takes the breath away from children. Great job ladies.
