NFL CAMP IS A HIT!!!
What an exciting week it was for all! Many thanks goes out to NY JETS Coach Mike Devlin for making this happen. The JETS players could not have been more gracious. Stars like Chad Pennington, Kellen Clemens, Thomas Jones, D'Brickashaw and many more did a great job addressing the campers, signing anything and everything and taking all the pictures we wanted. The week was finished up with the entire rookie class playing touch football with the campers. We had NFL Coaches, College Coaches, HS Coaches, JHS Coaches and North Shore Colts Coaches working hand in hand teaching the kids. If we are lucky enough to do this again next year do not miss out!

The North Shore Colts are Located in Suffolk County, New York, and Was Officially established in 1995, but have been serving the Community for over 30 years!!!
We are a local youth Football and Cheerleading league, which represents the local school districts of Comsewogue, Miller Place, Mount Sinai, and Port Jefferson.
We are committed to introduce youth Football, and Cheerleading for the Children of our communities from ages 6-12.
THE 2008 SEASON WILL BE OUR BIGGEST YEAR YET.
Our goal is to have the Youth of our communities have an opportunity to play either Football or Cheerleading, and get the most exciting, and enjoyable experience they can, and to prepare them for the Middle School and High Schools they will attend and Play for in their future.
We travel all around Suffolk County and play against teams that are also in the Suffolk County PAL League.
Our Cheerleaders are from grades 1 through 7 and yes, travel with us as well, we will again hold our 5th annual Cheerleading Exposition.
Our season starts in July with practices during the week and continues into November after our final game. The season usually consists of 10 games per team.
Next season we are going to continue our 6 year old flag football and cheerleading division.
The tackle football teams are restricted by age and weight to keep the players safe and fair. Tackle football age groups are as follows 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 old teams. The Suffolk County PAL sets the rules regarding safe Weight Limits so that all the Children are protected and have a safe and fun experience no matter their size.
It's a great experience for both the Parents and the Children.
Each year we end our season with an Annual Awards Banquet. The Colts Registration fee includes a ticket for the Dinner. We have Guest Speakers to address the children and to reward them for all their hard work and dedication. We also have auctions for everything from candy to collectibles. It's another wonderful fun time for all the family to experience.
