| Hopefully the two week break can give us time to think back and then to move forward toward our goals. Some have reached their goals,others have come short. Regarless of your past achievements or disappointments the task is still the same. As you listen to some of the lyrics of the songs in our wrestling room, you should take them the same as our advices, "push it to the limits, there's no easy way out" these are two lyrics that come to mine and they are so true. For those who want to become champions there is no easy way out, no short cuts,no excuses.Just push it to the limits' |

| The scorpion’s team has been a great experience for me in my life, My uncles are among the best Coaches I have ever had and if you work hard enough they will get you to the level you will like to be. I have taken their training for granted and always let them and myself down. To my uncles I am sorry for that. I look back and wish I had put in that extra effort to achieve my goal. If you believe in yourself and work at your goal you WILL make it. Keep up the great work Scorpions! as a part of the Original Scorpions at the age of 7 I tell you practice makes perfect, and you know what! No one is perfect so skipping practice is not an option if you want Victory. Good Luck! Scorpions you guys are great. PS.
