PRESS RELEASE
Little League Baseball to Broadcast Games
For immediate release
Bergenfield, NJ July, 2008--Starting with the first pitch on July 25th, broadcasts of the New Jersey Little League Baseball State Tournament will be as accessible as their Major League counterparts. Thanks to an agreement between Little League Baseball International and Youth Sports Live Broadcasting Network, games from the 2008 Joe Graziano New Jersey State Tournament in Bergenfield, NJ will all be available on www.youthsportslive.com. Parents, grandparents, friends and the players themselves can log on and watch live broadcasts, in addition to watching replays of all games being played on the field that will host the tournament all week long.
“We are thrilled to add the NJ State tournament to our 2008 schedule”, said Youth Sports Live CEO Greg Centracchio. "Our service not only eliminates the pain of missing a game, it also enables everyone to enjoy the thrill of their games time and again, whenever they want, through our Replay-on-Demand feature. “I would like to thank New Jersey District Administer Cesare Papetti and the tireless volunteers throughout Little League Baseball, as well as our great team at YSL for making this possible."
With today’s hectic work schedules, multiple family commitments, business travel and family members that live far away, it has become increasingly more difficult to attend children’s games.
Games will be available for the New Jersey State Tournament, free of charge, on a ”Live” and “Replay-on-Demand” basis. Games are typically posted within 24-hours of the game’s last pitch. DVD’s of games will also be available for purchase.
