Thank you to all that have registered for the 2012 Season. We will be forming our teams 2/6 - 2/12 and players will be notified to what team they will be on for this season.

Onsite : $115.00 1/13/12 - 1/28/12
Online: $115.00 (+ online fees) 1/13/12 - 2/2/12
** Multi Children Discount: 2nd child $10.00 off & 3rd child $20.00 off **
** Registration is open to all boys and girls ages 4 - 14 **

6/15 All Star Teams Announced
6/16 - 7/31 District / Section All Star Tournaments

Please complete and print the 2012 Registration Forms and bring to onsite registration.
Registration Steps:
1. Determine Players League Age
Players age might not be their current age: League Age Chart
(Please be sure to review the Baseball chart and not the Softball chart)
2. Complete Registration Form, Medical Release Waiver, Parent Code of Conduct Form & Photo Release Form.
3. Each Player must bring Original Birth Certificate and 3 proofs of residency (Drivers License, Utility Bill, Financial Statement) For acceptable forms please review residency requirements here. Residency Requirement Info
4. Please stipulate what division you would like your child to play in this season on the registration form in the comments section. ie: Tball one more season or move to CAPS division etc. This will help us understand where you would like your child to play so they are not placed in the wrong division. Age will determine some limitations.
5. If you are interested in being a Volunteer for our 2012 season you must complete this form. Volunteer Form

If you would like to volunteer or assist any teams this season, you will need to complete and turn in volunteer form to NLL President. Once President has security screened your application you will be contacted by NLL League President
