Sunday, November 302008 Rule Exceptions & Requirements
8&Under Pitching Exceptions:
** 8&Under will have 3 player-pitches to be followed by up to 3 coach-pitches. Player-pitched strikes will be called and will deduct from the number of coach-pitches. Each batter will be allowed at least 1 coach-pitch per at bat.
This is to help our players prepare for 10&Under when they are pitching on their own.
Equipment Requirements:
** NOCSAE approved batting helmets with faceguards and chinstraps are now required for batters & baserunners in all age groups, when at the plate, on base or on deck.
