2008 Registration Form
You can save time and gas by printing this form and mailing it to Larry Roberts c/o NHYS, 146 Mallet Way, Stockbridge, GA 30281 or complete it prior to your arrival on 1/24, 1/31 or 2/7 from 10am until 2pm. Please make checks payable to NHYS and in the amount of $130 per player.

Sponsor form
NHYS encourages teams to obtain sponsors to help with equipment, banquet, trophy and general team expenses. Each sponsor will receive proof of their donation. This form, accompanied by a check made to NHYS will allow the designated team to receive the sponsorship donation.
There is no donation too small but if your sponsor chooses to advertise by having a banner placed on the outfield fence and recognized on our website, we do ask for a minimum of $250.00.
NHYS understands how much work goes into finding and securing sponsorship. We do retain a small portion of each donation to allow for advertising and adminstrative expenses. This will not exceed 15% of amounts less than $250 or $85 for amounts equal to or greater than $250.
