NIAGARA FRONTIER GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION: Our Site News
MEETINGS FOR 2013
The next and last preseason NFL coaches meeting for this year will be Monday April 22 at Magruders Restaurant in Depew. 7pm-8pm for 10U & 12U. 8pm-9pm for 14U thru Open.
Game balls will be distributed at that meeting so make sure you have a representative there to pick up your game balls.
Fees must be paid in full in order to receive your game balls. There are a few teams and organizations that have only made the first one or two payments. We will need a check before game balls are released to those teams in particular.
Total fee for the league is $925 unless you did not take insurance or play in division such as open that has different structure. Those teams should be aware of what your total fee is by now.
For the next week I will be extremely busy finishing tax filings so please feel free to send Don Flanagan (treasurernfgsadon@aol.com) any questions you might have about what you might owe.
Anyone wishing to send payment can make check payable to NFGSA and mail to
Don Flanagan

UMPIRE REPORTS
The General membership has requested a method to rate the Umpire Service we are contracted through. The idea is to give us a history of individual performances. This needs to be completed in all games, win or lose in order for us to get an accurate performance record. The idea is not to go after the umpires who made a bad call, but to identify the one's who do a great job in our league. Presently E Teamz does not have a direct page we can do this through, but it is under construction. One of our member organizations, West Seneca Magic has setup a umpire report system on their website and you can enter information on your NFGSA game through their site. Go to the link section of our site to access the West Seneca site. This is something you have asked for so please take advantage of it.
