Are there any discounts offered?


Yes. Team rates are available as follows: $250, 20-49 campers. $225, 50+ campers.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN TOGETHER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE TEAM RATE.
Team rates are only in effect when individuals are registered TOGETHER AND AT THE
SAME TIME. Individual registration applications will not be accepted under the Team
Rate if mailed under separate cover.

Can Teams attend?


Yes. We encourage groups to attend in order to receive the team group discount.

Yes, we strongly encourage individuals and small groups to attend.

What is the camp refund policy?


DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All requests for reimbursement must be done in writing by filling out a “Camper Reimbursement Form” – No reimbursements to any applications cancelled on or after June 1, 2008 due to the camp’s financial commitment to staff, facilities, and dining services being determined by guaranteed camper numbers.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?


Completed Registration and Insurance information is required along with a copy of the camper's insurance card.

What items should my child bring to camp?


Helmet (for High School I and II only), cleats, sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, socks and supporters for drill periods. Towels, washcloths, bed linens for a single bed, blankets, pillow, toilet articles, and casual clothes. $20 cash for key deposit and a limited amount of spending money for miscellaneous spending in camp store, bookstore, and snack bar. DO NOT BRING TV's, STEREOS, OR EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF SPENDING MONEY.

Where and when is check in?


HIGH SCHOOL CAMP: Registration is at 10 am on the first day of camp and is located at the University Towers off of Hillsborough Street.

How do I get to camp? (Driving directions)


From the West: Take 1-40 East to the Wade Avenue exit; Exit at Edwards Mill Rd. or Blue Ridge Rd. and follow the signs to Carter-Finley Stadium.


From the East: Take 1-40 West to the 440 Beltline. Take the Wade Avenue exit and go west. Exit on Blue Ridge Rd. or Edwards Mill Rd. and follow the signs to Carter-Finley Stadium.

What meals are provided?


MEALS ARE PROVIDED FOR HIGH SCHOOL CAMP ONLY.

Day 1: Dinner only.

Day 2: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast only

Is there a medical staff at camp?


Yes. There will be liscensed sports trainers on hand to handle any medical or sports injury related issues that arise during all camp sessions. Heat and dehydration related issues will be monintored closely throughout camp.
